I share with my journey through my work outs and covere some of the things I do to stay healthy throughout the week. Justin has had a L radial head fracture 2006, L knee meniscectomy in 2007, R hamstring tear 2008 and various ankle sprains 2009-2012. It took about 10 years to figure out what my body needed and how to prepare it to be strong and resilient to injury. I've honed in a few concepts that I have found to be helpful and allowed me to stay injury free for about 5 years. I'll do my best to share as much as I can, in hopes that it can be of value or help someone else who has gone through something similar.
