Here's a start to something new. I'm taking a closer look at my own health and fitness by opening up my training routine and observing the things I do on a daily basis to maintain my health and improve my athletic development. This will hopefully be a fun way for me to share my point of view on health, fitness, stretching, strength and conditioning as well as see if there things that I can make improvements on with another set of eyes.
