Presented by Dr. Justin Chuck, DPT, this is a seated adductor stretch and seated hamstring stretch with meditation breathing routine that hopes to reduce stress, improve mobility and engage with your body. I do these exercises daily to maintain range of motion and it gives me a chance to work on my diaphragmatic breathing paired with each movement to ensure I stay in tune with my mobility each day.
