COVID-19 and Re-opening practices and policies
We are pleased to begin treating patients within the clinic setting. We are doing what we can to provide a safe environment for us and our patients.
REOPENING OF STUDIO
Prior To Entering Our Business:
If you are coming from anywhere other than home you must change into fresh clothes. If you are at work please, change right before leaving your place of business and come directly to our location.
All clients/patients should wait in their vehicle until you have received a text saying, it is to enter the building. Please, wait at the door to our suite.
Clients may only bring in a small purse, wallets, phone, and or keys. No gym bags.
No items will be allowed in the office area.
Entering Our Business:
Anyone entering our business must wear a mask and maintain six feet of distance from any person other than their clinician.
Upon entering the studio you will have your temperature taken and asked the CDC screening questions.
Upon entering everyone must wash/sanitize their hands.
If your treatment/session requires you to remove shoes, place them on the shoe rack to the immediate right of our door.
All personal items should be placed in a locker marked CLEAN.
There are dividing lines of tape from the door to the back office. Those going to the treatment room will stay to the right and those working out will stay the left.
All financial transactions and scheduling of appointments must happen in the room where the service was provided.
Clients/patients should not linger in the studio or building.
Only people needing physical assistance can be accompanied by another adult. Once the person is safely with their clinician the caretaker, must wait safely in their car. If, the person in a minor the guardian must remain in the same room as the child at all times.
No one under 14 years of age is allowed in our business, unless they are scheduled for an appointment.
The seats in the Waiting Area will be relocated until safety guidelines are lifted.
For Your Safety:
There will be no more than two people working with clients/patients at one time at this time.
There will be at least 30 minutes between each appointment.
All people working at our business will wear masks. They may where eye coverings or face shields when necessary. 626 Crew members must wipe down everything their client/patient has touched during their appointment.
We will have separate containers for clean and dirty pens.
We will sanitize clipboards after each use.
Lockers will be sanitized after each person removes their items.
All equipment will be sanitized after each session/treatment.
If you need to use the bathroom please, place the key in the allocated bin and or UV Sanitizer so, it can be thoroughly cleaned between uses.
