Presented by Dr. Justin Chuck, DPT, this shows a progression of a hip/spine mobility routine that was inspired by Gary Gray with the GIFT program. This is a routine that I make sure to work on daily if I'm short on time and can only done one stretch, I make sure to do this one because it works and stretches multiple areas at once. I do these exercises daily to maintain range of motion and it gives me a chance to work on my diaphragmatic breathing paired with each movement to ensure I stay in tune with my mobility each day.
