I have been itching to get back on the basketball court for months now and about 2 months ago I found a court that has lights! It allows me to be able to get up and play and out for work, which is a blessing because as much as I love running, there's a different kind of flow state when playing basketball.
Playing by yourself and playing against an opponent are two different things. And I'm glad that my good friend Frederick was able to make it out and play a little 1on1 for fun!
It was fun to get a good sweat in and I have a few things that I wanna work on moving forward to sharpen my game. Until next time!
